I didn't realize.. but with glen off work as of beginning of October, I won't have tuition for julian for October, November, December :( thats 3 months!! *cry* I really hope I get this casual position at the library for a bit cause I would rather julian stay where he is very happy and loves then drag him out for 3 months :( it is so unfair that the kids are the ones that suffer when the other parent.. forgoes his responsibility *angry* I understand the military screwed up.. but he knew this way early.. he also has the option of putting it on his credit card ( the support payment ) or do other options and he isn't/won't.
BUT on a happier note... :) after a repeat mammogram and ultrasound cancer has been ruled out from my breasts and appears to just be a common occurrence of enlarged lymph nodes which they say happens with a cold etc. *whew*

isn't he responsible legally to make sure that the support payments he is supposed to be making?? or at least partial payments somehow??
I talked to child support services and they said there is nothing they can do except if he doesn't pay then they will hold his tax refund check and I would get it paid to me in feb/march?
